How can I find out if I am blacklisted?

Also, my wife sent her-self an email from my account and filed a case at police #4 in Cebu against me. How do I know it the case went to court and if I was convicted?

She has our child and refuses to let me see the baby but has stolen money from my back account and has accepted money from me also via western Union.
