Dear Pinoy Lawyer,
My internet service provider caused my SEO business to stop functioning.
They blocked my working IP address and replaced it with a blacklisted one.
As a result I am not able to use several paid SEO applications.
I also build up some 300 subscribers for my weekly newsletters, that are unsubscribing since 2 months.
These subscribers where potential buyers for my affiliate products.
But because of my blacklisted IP I am not able to send out newsletter emails.
I already requested a financial compensation only to cover my paid SEO applications in cash which they denied to me.
No contact or any kind of action from the side of Globe is being undertaken to fix this issue.
Because of my location I cannot choose a other provider.
Can you advise me in this matter?
