Arresto Menor

This is the case of my mom
She is employee for 28 years in a private company. Shes 54 years old and she want to have an early retirement due to health issue..
Pero wala kase silang CBA.
Her real salary is 29500 but declared in BIR. is 15500 ONLY.

QUESTION:
1. Can she claim an early retirement?
2. If yes How much ung claim nya?

Check if the company has a policy on early retirement.

Check the contract of the employee.

If there is nothing said, then 60 years is the regular retirement age.
