is it mandatory for any company to provide an early retirement if let say an employee decided to file resignation (early retirement) after being employed for 5 years?

the general rule is that if an employee resigns, he is not entitled to any benefit such as separation pay. the exception is if there is a CBA or voluntary offer by the company for early retirement.
