Our company president / owner had tasked me to make an early retirement program.

Is there any provision in the Labor Code regarding early retirement?
Can the company give 1 month per year of service or 1/2 month per year of service for an early retirement depending on the years of service an employee had rendered?

for what reasons? look up redundancy in the labor code.

1. As privilege for employees who have rendered 10 years of service and above.
2. To save from costly overhead.

yes, it is allowed, but has to be voluntary
