Hi. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin. Binili ko po ang lupa ng ate ko. Ang halaga po nito ay 400k. Ang paunang bayad ko ay 200k tapos ang usapang namin after 1 year ko na huhulog-hulugan yung natitirang 200k.

Ngayon po sinisingil na nila ako sa 200k kahait wala pa namang 1 taon ang nakakalipas. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin?

Pinapaayos ko palang po yung bahay nya (malapit na matapos) By December 20 lilipat na po sana kami. Nakapangalan po yung titulo sa ate ko.

continue with constructing the house and occupy it as soon as possible. that is your evidence that there is indeed an agreement that you bought the property.

keep talking to your sister and try to work out terms. when she realizes that you will defend your rights to the property she might reconsider her position.

Depending on what was agreed to language, just follow what had been agreed, but I know that oral contracts for non-compliance. At least buyers can decide to turn right and the library, you must answer if you do not get a court order. It is more than an inconvenience, wasting time and money if you hire a lawyer.
