Nagwowork po ako sa isang private school. 21 years na po nageexist ang school na ito. We are 86 employees po. Pero hanggang ngayon ay wala pa din sila HR department or kahit HR man lang. Yung iba gawain ng HR my gumagawa naman katulad ng compensation. Pero yung rest ay wala. Kaya never pa na experience ng aming company ang team building. At wala din po kami mapagtanungan about legal issues. Tama po b na wala HR? Legal po b ito?

Wala sa batas ang ganun.

Kung meron kayong tanong tungkol sa mga legal issues, pwede lumapit sa DOLE (kung tungkol sa trabaho) o sa PAO.
