Gusto ko lang po ask kasi nagplaplano na po kaming magpakasal ng live in partner ko. Ang kaso po may 2 anak po ako sa unang boyfriend ko? once po ba na nag pakasal ako hindi na pwedeng huminge ng sustensto ang mga bata?

And pano po ang processo pag once na kinasal ako pwede po i adapt nalang ng future husband ko ang mga bata?

May contact ka pa ba sa una mong bf? May pakialam pa ba siya sa mga anak niyo?

Kung meron pa, at may capacity siya at mapapatunayan mo ito, file for support.

Kung wala na, maybe you can ask your bf at umayon siya na adopt them to achieve the level of legitimacy, if ever you two married.

Mas mabuting pag-usapan nyo muna ang lahat bago kayo gumawa ng decision. Mahirap na, tandaan mo lang na history repeats itself.

whether you marry your new bf or not, the illegitimate kids has the right for sufficient financial support from the biological father who has work. RA9262 if bio father is not providing support.

illegit kids carry the mother's surname unless both parents agree to carry father's name.

default custody is for the mother unless there are compelling reasons approved by court not to...

kung ako sa iyo, isipin mo muna kasal mo bago mo isipin ang adoption.

legal adoption acknowledged by father and approved by court would terminate legal rights of the illegitimate children to their natural father as well in replacement to the new rights from adopting parents. kakailanganin mo abogado dito.
