Hi my name is matt this is my story
I work on a company(BPO) i have a good job until my girlfriend is about to give birth. My supervisor know that my girlfriend is about to give birth because she was with me when we went out on a team building. But then I had to be absent for about 2 days on the 3rd day I reported back to work and request for PTO and it was approved but only for 1 day. After that I can't help it but my girlfriend have to be rushed on the hospital so I was absent again for 2 days and on the 3rd day i reported back to work, my supervisor told me that i was suspended from work but he did not tell me how long, he mentioned that i'll just receive a letter. It's been a month and a half before i received the letter and it says that I'm already AWOL and up until now i don't have my last salary and my back pay it has been 2 months.
I want to press charges to my supervisor
it feels like i was wronged.
i don't know what to do now. I need some legal Advice.
