Hello po! Seek lang po ako ng advice from you guys.

I used to work in a call center and just recently nag close yung company namin. Fresh pa lang to, last June 28th. Tapos the thing hindi kami binayaran ng severance pay as well as our 13th month. Binayran lang kami ng last pay namin, nag timing din kasi payday. Pero di man lang kami binigyan ng 1-2 months notice na mag close na yung company namin which we think is the basis na may legal claim kami. I've worked there for 4 yrs and ganito lang ang ending. Also to make things worst, tumakas na patungong US yung site manager namin pati na rin yung kasama nyang operations manager, both of which are US citizens.

Ask ko lang talaga, is there any possible way ma habol pa namin sila sa U.S and pursue the case w/ claims? Patulong naman po. Thank you.

How large ang call center ninyo? Naka-register ba sa SEC?

May management pang natira. May mga team leads and shift managers. Pero sila din pareho lang samin, na blind sided din sa issue. With concerns sa companya, I have no exact say on this. Pero feeling ko lang malaki dahil clients namin lahat ng Republican fundraising parties sa US. Also, yung CEO namin is the former CEO of Convergys.

Not the exact head count but umaabot kami ng 200 employees, this includes our QA and validations teams. With regards to SEC registration di ko pa alam. Yung sure ako is registered kami sa PEZA.

Check with SEC to find out the senior officers - yung mga VP and up.

Look for their details, verify if the SEC has any records of the creation or dissolution (or registration) then file a complaint sa DOLE if meron kayong mahahabol na local.
