for termination

Hello,
Goodmorning po. I'm working po ako sa Isang BPO company, naka final warning Na po ako due to absences, unfortunately nakunan po Yung live in partner ko,and umabsent po ako for another 2 days, I did inform my Supervisor and notify po yung workforce na EMERGENCY po, however nung pumasok po after the confinement, I did receive an NTE to explain my side,
now ang worry ko po is Baka Hindi po nila I accept yung reason ko since Hindi Naman po kami Kasal ng partner ko, possible po ba na I terminate nila ako?
kahit na may proof po ako sa nangyari and by the way yung partner ko also working with the same company and alam po ng management yung sa amin

Pwede ma-dispute, pero kailangan mo ng mga papeles na katibayan, pero nasa desisyon ng kumpanya kung bibigyan ka pa ng pagkakataon.
