i think there is a way, but need legal proceedings,,
kasi, remove, so meron na dati,
you need to prove that he is not the father, thus need to remove his name on the BC.
oks lang na gamitin ang mother's surname, since right lang ng illegitimate ang surname ng father,
pwede mother,,

@LandOwner12 - actually he is the Father,,, but unfortunately not doing his obligations as a Father to the point of telling the mother of the kid na they pushed him to go the hospital when the mom gave birth so there will be someone to sign the birthcert.

Meaning pinapalabas nia na napilitan lng xa to sign it coz no one will be signing it.. malamang xa ang tatay so he should sign it.

actually po may text pa ung guy dun sa mom ng anak nia na ipaglalaban nia daw po ung bata dhil anak nia, pwede din po ba un gawin as proof n tlgng ndi nmn xa pinilit na pumirma??

Ang sabi po kasi nung guy, pinilit dw xa pumirma para dw may habol sa knya, pero ndi nmn po nagbibigay ng sustento ung tatay ng bata. mjo nkakadegrade din po ung ibang messages nung guy dun sa nanay ng bata, pwd din po ba un mging evidence pra mas lalong pwdng maialis ung pangalan nung tatay sa birthcert?
