Hello Everyone,

I had a previous marriage and received an annulment.
A problem was found with the date of the annulment from my first wife and the date of the marriage to my 2nd Wife.

My Annulment was March 2010 from 1st wife and i married my 2nd wife in January 2010.
We want to be legally married and we need to solve this problem.

Does Art. .41
THE FAMILY CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES :
Chapter 3. Void and Voidable Marriages refer to my situation?

nagmamadali kasi,,
nabasa mo naman cguro yong article, so di ko na sasabihing, hanggang walang finality ang existing, void and subsequent...

Hi,

The legal remedy is to file a petition for declaration of absolute nullity of marriage based on bigamous marriage. Once it has been granted and recorded, you can marry each other again.

I just want to share my experience. My wife is only 17 when we got married. After 14 years, we decided to file an annulment because our wedding is void from the beginning. Actually the process is very fast, my wife only attend one hearing and our annulment was granted. After that we marry each other again.

that is true,
because, it is very clear, the fact can not be denied that 17 years minor can not marry.
