Arresto Menor

magandang araw ulit. feeling ko dalawang beses ako naparusahan sa iisang pagkakamali na nagawa ko sa isang kumpanya. na suspend po ako ng 30 days at na terminate. Legal po ba nilang gawin ito.

Is the preventive suspension is not discplinary measure?
