Arresto Menor

Meron po kasing property ang pinsan ko wherein me nasakop na portion nun ung kalapit na bahay. The question is:
1. ano ang mga legal measures na dapat namin gawin?
2. who would shoulder the cost kung halimbawang gustong ipatibag ung portion nung bahay na napatayo sa lupa nya?

how sure are you that there was an error? was a survey done?

the best thing to do is to negotiate with the owner. you can explore purchasing the portion.
