2 years ago, I agreed to purchase a land+ house package worth 4M.
Downpayment is 400K then we agree that after DP, construction will begin.
This May 2013, we already completed the DP which we paid installment.
But we had and have problems contacting the realtor. Not replying on text,
not answering calls.
Im a bit worried. But I got all the legal documents. Contract and receipt of payments.
Her company is BIR registered and using official receipts. Contract is also signed and I got video proof
of her recieving money from me and all text messages are kept. In a nutshell, I got all evidence that may prove that we have transact payments over the past 2 years.
Question is
1) Just in case the realtor run away, what is the chance Im getting my money back?
2) How strong is my case against her?
3) What are the things I need to know about dealing with these kind of transaction( I know its too late to ask)
