Arresto Menor

Magsasaka po kame ng mahigit 40 taon. Isinangla po ng may ari ng hindi namen alam ang bukid. Isang araw dumatng na lamang at pinatitigil kame sa pagsaka. Nagkarun po ng kaso at nung una kame ay nananalo sa darab. Ngayon pong huli nagbigay ang rtc ng malolos ng writ of execution . umapela po kame sa court of appeals at naghihintay ng desisyon.


Anihan na po ngayon at pinipigil kame ng sheriff dala ang writ of execution pra hindi namen maani ang palay. Ano po ang aming dapat gawin. 
Sana po may sumagot dahil ongoing ito

ang hatol ng lower court eh mandatory and in effect, unless baguhin or baligtarin ng higher court,
in ur case, sa CA, hanggang walang disisyon eto, eh nasa lugar ang execution ng hatol,
kaya nga yong mga nakulong ng mahabang panahon, bago napawalang sala ng higher court, CA or SC, eh walang nakukuhang danyos sa sinapit na kalbaryo sa kulungan...

Ic. Matagal po ba as in ang hatol ng ca? Just a question..ang agricultural land po ba nasa jurisdiction din ng rtc hindi ba sa dar lang ito?

ang land as a real state eh under ng civil code of the Philippines.
disputes on lands, properties are hear, on the judicial courts,,,
DAR on the other hand have says on the government properties including public lands, and comes the Agrarian reforms, for the sharing/rights of tenants on the lands they have cultivated for a long time.
but still, when on disputes, the Courts have the final verdict.
