GOOD day SIR,
just wanted to ask about his judge Cadir Indar, i am annulled by him too, when i tried to get a visa for australia, they said they can not find my record/ not recorded on the docket...
what will happen to those who are not recorded on the docket? i was annulled last march 2012...

Trace your annulment at the Regional Trial Court and the Office of Civil Registry where your marriage certificate was filed. Ask for the next steps from them.

I understand the judge has been disbarred promulgated April 10, 2012. See under sc.judiciary.gov.ph
