AFTER THE ANNULMENT

ONCE THE ANNULMENT HAS PASSED.
1. DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO WAIT 301DAY BEFORE YOU MARRY?
2. DO YOU HAVE TO GIVE A COPY OF THE ANNULMENT TO MY EX-WIFE.
I TOLD HER NO..SHE DIDNT PAY FOR IT SO WHY SHOULD I GIVE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE MIGHT NEED A COPY.
I TOLD HER TO GO TO THE NSO ALL IMFO IS THERE.
WHAT KIND OF TRIX COULD SHE BE PLANING, WITH HER LAWYER FRIEND AND HOW DO I PROTECT MY NEW FAMILY.

3. IS IT TRUE THAT SHE CAN BRING ME PROBLEMS AFTER MY CASE IS DONE AND THE 301 DAYS IS OVER. MY BROTHER SAID SHE WANTS TO FILE A CASE AGAINST ME.

SINCE I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE AND SHE IS THE ONE PAYING FOR IT MORE THAN 3YRS NOW. I MEAN ITS ALL HER'S NOW. I WANTED NOTHING.
6.CAN I REMOVE MYSELF AS THE BENEFICIARY TO HER SSS, ON MY WON WITHOUT HER KNOWING.

That is mandatory only to a woman.

If there is already a court order, then give her a copy. You cannot hide or deny that to her because that is a public record.

Just leave the house, theres no more obligation to stay once the annulment is granted.

Let her the one who will revoke the beneficiary. You cannot remove it by yourself.

i was asking can i remove myself off the title to the house?

Does the title of the house named SOLELY to her? If yes, then forget the house. Just leave.

Otherwise, if the house was your CONJUGAL property(named or titled to you AND your wife), then it must have to be partitioned. Just get your share then leave. Once it is partitioned, ask your previous wife to titled it in her name.

is this a by the book annulment where you appeared in court, and she was notified? it doesn't seem so because she didn't get a copy of the decision. if she is so minded, she can have the whole judgment voided.

So atty: I ask last question to this post. Although I was in good faith when i paid my Atty.
1.would this be a reason that she might want a copy of my paperwork.
2. and is it true if she really wanted a copy she can go to the court where ever she is a get it.

yes, if there really was a case filed in the court, she is entitled to view the records.

i believe this only applies to widows...
