Hi. I'm currently 17 years old and would it be possible to own property or to inherit property from my parents at this age?
If I cannot, what age can I start to own property?

My dad is a foreigner and my mom is a natural born Filipina. All properties are under her name.

Asuming you are Philippine citizen.

If they haven't changed the law, even a baby can OWN and inherit real estate.
(One of my friends is foreigner, married to a Filipina. They bought land with their first child as owner and it has functioned 30 years.)

It's an OTHER question what the minimum age is to DECIDE about real estate.
