my husband and i are acquiring a house and lot in quezon city. we would like to register the property in the name of our 4 children who are all minors aged 15, 13, 12 & 8 years old. how do we go about it? what are the costs? will it cost us more than if we just register the property in our name (my husband's & mine)? will there be any negative consequence on our children if we register the property in their names?
