I have a legal question,
In a Profit Sharing Situation:
1.) Is a notarized agreement enough to protect myself in the future for a possibility not receiving my share from my business partner?
2.) The profit sharing is a long term type.
3.) What if the man signed that I agreed with died?
4.) How can the law help me if I did not receive my share?
