I got a verbal death threat "I'll kill you" from my Indian boss.

need to ask for you're suggestions and advices on what should i do on my part.

Bali ung Boss ko (indian national) at ako e nagkaron ng argumento, he lost his cool, literal, gigil na gigil at wala ng control sa mga binibitawang salita.

Dinuro duro ako at sinabihang "I'll kill you!" gigil na gigil, sobrang wala na shang control at dada ng dada, kaya para matahimik nalang at me masabe sa kanya, I rebutted I'm resigning kindly acknowledge and its effective immediately which he did acknowledge.

Ngaun, can I demand for a settlement pay or what not (financial/monetary) from the company?

Per reading stuff about our labor code and as I understand it, I volountarily resigned so I'm not entitled to any settlement pay.

That's right. End of story.

Company is not liable so you cannot receive any money from the company except for what is already due you.

the company did not threaten you - your boss did. File a complaint against him in court if you want.
