Hi,

with regards to me and my ex wife, we had an agreement in writing which we are unable to have it notarized.

she never follows and claims its not legal. yes i know its not legal but it constitutes an agreement between us and can be considered a valid contract between us, is this correct?

it depends on what is on the agreement. if it involves future support or separation of properties, then it is invalid.

the agreement is an arrangement for the time schedule of our time with our children and basically that we need to inform each other about things or what's happening with our daughter
