The company I am working for released a memo instructing all employees to undergo a free eye check-up, nice isn't it? But here is the twist, if you are found not having a 20/20 vision you are required to wear correction glasses within 15 days of the examination after which an employee will be suspended indefinitely until the time he or she complies. Question. Is there a legal basis for such suspension.
