Hi I badly need your help, this about the service I got from a florist in Dangwa. I signed a contract with them stating that if in case I choose to back out/not avail their service will not be entitled of any refund.
The florist owner is so rude to the extent that she said na Tanga ako and I think it will not be healthy for me to have their service since nagkasigawan na kame.
May legal na laban po ba ako if in case I ask for a refund sa lahat ng binayad ko sa kanila? Since ang bastos na nag mayari?
