Just want to ask if anyone can help filing complaint or case for smart telecom.. We have been calling them for our concern puro sobrang rude customer service nila.. I have the recording of the conversation with the Representative and still our issue has not been solved... If anyone can help..

the behavior of one or their agents will not suffice to file a charge against a company..
it will reflect their image, as per customer satisfaction.

if you want to file a complaint, file it to the management of the company.
whether they do something or not with ur complain, its on their prerogative..
if sinibak nila yon, sa kanila yon,
ang option mo lang eh wag tangkilin products or services nila..
