During the period of probation, your services are liable to be terminated by either party at any time, including the extended period of probation, if any, with seven days notice or payment of salary in leiu of notice.

What does this mean?
For the employee, is she/he safe to render resignation 7days prior to the planned date of resignation?

Pls gelp

Yes.

Or if you dont want to render the 7 days, you have to pay the equivalent amount.
