I would like to ask if there are any legal move to compel a couple to pay a court order for them to pay their debt.
They already receive the final decision from the court but they said they don't have money to pay eventhough both are employed, their children goes to exclusive schools and the can even go on vacations based to their post on their facebook account. I told them they can pay in installment basis.
Can I file criminal case against them?
