Arresto Menor

I filed affidavit of desistance because the accused wanted to settle the damage or stolen amount (estafa case) before the mediation office .

The case was dismiss, however it was not mentioned in the court order that the reason of permanent dismissal was because of the compromise agreement. Sabi ng MTC ganyan daw talaga which I dont understand.

Is the order from the judge in MTC can be changed if just in case we wanted to revise the order? and how? what if it was sent out already to the party involved?
