Good Day!

Gusto ko po sanang malaman kung ang employer ko sa Dubai is pwedeng mag.file ng case against me dito sa Pilipinas.

And one thing, may loan ako na nakuha sa company which is about 500k thousand, can they still sue me here?

Thanks - does that mean I can get a case record in NBI? and will they be able to file a Hold Departure order for me?

Yan bang 500K mo pesos or Dinars? Dahil kung pesos wala pa sa 100K Dinars yan, all loans are covered by insurance up to 100K Dinars. And yes kapag nagplano kang lumabas ng Dubai pwede ka nilang ipa hold departure pero kung naka labas ka na hindi ka na makaka punta kahit sang parte ng Middle East dahil ma block listed ka na!

yun po 500k is pesos po..but I owe it sa company, di po sa bank. kasama din ba sa insurance nila yun?

possible ba yung makasuhan nila ako dito sa pinas?

No! Di kasama sa bank insurance yun. If this is the case, yes they can sue you!
