Unless nakalagay sa kontrata na meron, wala kang makukuha.

hi. ive been with an animation company for more than 5 yrs. i resigned last january because of the low salary and the company doesnt give us o.t. pay. and also i wanna pursue another career. i texted my former mngr to ask if i have a backpay and to my dismay she said i dont have. may habol po ba ako? pls tell me what to do. thanks.

Nagpa-clearance ka na?
Yung manager mo ba ang gumagawa ng payroll para magsabi ng ganun?
Puntahan mo sa opisina nila para humingi ng computation.
Pero on the face of it, kung meron ka mang makukuha, masyadong maliit na lang - usually ang sweldong hindi pa nababayad sa iyo bago ka umalis.
