My previous employer has not paid all my SSS contribution

Hi,

I was just wondering if I could file a complaint against my previous employer. I have checked their contribution when I was still employed with them and there are months that they did not pay for it. Until now it is still unpaid. For almost 4 years of serving them, I only have 13 months contribution.

Any legal advice would be much appreciated.

Kinausap mo na ba sila at pinakita ang ebidensya mo?

Kung wala pa rin silang gagawin para ayusin, pwede nang ireklamo sa SSS.

Uu... nag file kasi ako ng reimbursement sa sick leave ko tapos hindi nabayaran kasi walang contribution yung qualifying months ko. Sabi ng current employer ko na kausapin sila para mabayaran nila. Tumawag sila sa akin at sabi nila babayaran daw nila... but until now wala pa rin. Is there a way for SSS to call their attention regarding this matter?

As I said, ireklamo sa SSS.

If binayaran na nila ask for receipt, kase ang process pag dating sa payment ng Gov't contribution especially in SSS is, Payment then posting. May mga case kase na employee assume na hindi nagbabayad si employer since wala kase naka reflect na contributions nung mga panahong employed sila, but the truth is paid ang gov't contribution hindi lang posted. It's either the employee did not give a SSS number of gave a incorrect one kaya hindi maipost.

So if the employer insist that they already paid your contri ask for receipt and tell them to post your contributions.

its the same problem with my SSS contribution.. almost 1 year.. what if na pinamaya kana or stylean kna ng employer mo na iaayos niya at laging sinasbi na cge ibibigay ko bumalik ka nalang ng ganitong araw pero pag balik mo hindi naman ibibigay.. kesyo wla ang susi kse nakalock so mading sabi ayaw ibigay para mainis ka nlang at hindi mo na alam kung ano gagawin.. ano ang pwde kong i action regarding that matter. Para mapursigi siyang ibigay ang resibo at ipakita ang distribution sa employee. samalat po
