On january 31, 2015 about 06:30PM, a vehicular accident transpired along national highway wherein involving vehicle described as;
V1 - toyota hilux,
V2 - single motorcycle kawasaki CT100s, both are holding a prof driver licensed.
Initial invest showed that V1 and V2 traversing on oposite direction upon reaching place of accident V2 swerved and hit/bumped to V1, resulted to V2 and tandem dead on the spot and vehicles occured damages.
sino ang dapat na complainant and respondent? is it V1 party? Or V2 party?
