Is an Authorization letter to claim products (MLM) without signature but attached ID's considered valid?

Hello, Good day po. I have a problem regarding my upline sa MLM ko po na sinalihan at first ok pa nmn, but here comes sa next auto-order ko po, mejo kinapos yung binayad ko, at meron din akong pending na mga utang sa upline na hindi pa nabayaran. main office is located sa makati, but now im here sa province, so hindi ko mkuha products ko, ok pa nmn nung binigay kopo yung authorization letter and id's ko, but nagkaproblema ako sa province at d kna mahabol ang goal, so napabayaan k yung business and mga utang ko sa kanila, but I already said o them na mejo hard up ako at magbabayad ng utang pagnagkapera, kanila lng po, nag-chat yung asawa ng upline ko na nakuha na products at dinistribute na sa mga utang kopo doon sa manila which i never permitted at yung binigay ko na authorization walang signature,

Question ko po:
Bakit ni-release ng Company ang product without proper legal process? Without my full consent?
At do they have the right the pagpapartehen ang pera ko kasi may utang ako sa knila at katwiran nila na-pressure din cla at mabuti na yung nabayarana ng utang ko, panu po kmi ng anak ko dito sa province yan pa nmn inaasahan ko po?
