ano po pinagkaiba?.,kase ko gumawa ako auth letter para mkuha ng asawa ko last pay ko sa prev company ko.,spa daw kelangan?pano k po magagawa yun eh nasa ibang bansa nako?pwede bang ipa-notaryo nlang yung auth letter na ginawa ko?..please i need your answer.,thanks Smile

go to our embassy, execute an SPA and have it notarized there. then send your SPA to your wife

halos magkapareho lang yan. ang spa dapat specific lang ang gagawin ng atty in fact mo. sabi nila, hindi naman daw kenakailangan na notaryado ang SPA... pero ala ka padin magagawa kung gusto notarized ni exemployer mo kasi valid na policy yan.
