delayed salaries please help

am currently employed in a small BPO comp consist of 10 agents, its not yet registered but they promised us na ireregister daw nila comp but its been 5 months and wla pa progress, my concern is lageng late magpasahod tapos wla pa kaming 13th month pay delayed na sobra sahod namin tapos kulang din mga sahod kase wla daw funds please help para file ko na po concerns q sa DOLE and Police anu po ba process? at magkanu ba babayaran q kasi awawa naman kami wla na kaming pera lahat

Pwede ka magreklamo sa DOLE.

Walang magagawa ang pulis.

Wala kang babayaran pag nagreklamo sa DOLE. Pwera na lang pag nangailangan ka ng abugado.

Kaya lang pag nagreklamo kayo at nanalo, baka magsara sila dahil wala naman pambayad.

Kailangan mo magbigay ng ebidensya sa mga sinasabi mo.

Pwede ka magsabi sa SEC tungkol sa kumpanyang hindi pa rehistrado.

Kaya lang, ang pwedeng mangyari ay ipapasara sila at magmumulta, at yung perang ibabayad nila sa inyo ay mapupunta sa pagmumulta nila kunsakali.

nag pass na aq ng letter of demand ko i gave them 10 days tapos konallout aq sabi ng supervisor q cgeh daw kung demandahan tapos tinakot aq sa mga fees ng lawyer then iteterminate na daw aq ung resignation q effective pa naman sa jan 9 2015 tapos ihohold daw sahod ko at mga hinihingi qng fees like 13th month pay hanagang matapos daw ung case q,, how much po ba lawyer?  eto po letter of demand q
