Landowner12 my question pa pala ako. Ang loan ko po may comakers and nagcontact sa akin 1 comaker ng loan ko kasi nagresign xa na edededuct dw sa final claim nya yung loan ko. Pero as per alam ko po sa katrbho ko dun dati, yung dinededuct sa comakers nirerecord ng bank sa parang savings ba iyon at nd directly sa loan ko. Kasi dw pag makbayad ako, ibabalik yung amount na binayaran ng comaker sa kanila. Anu ba talaga role ng comakers?

so baka naman gawa gawa lang ni co-maker ang kasong staffa sayo?

Hindi ko pa po alam ang whole story. Kaya nga nagtaka ako kung bakit my comaker tapos yung deductions hindi naman nagdedduct yung sa loan ko po. Kasi nag usap na kami nung nag comaker sakin na babayaran ko xa tapos ganun ang bank nag file kaso. Tapos isa pa po, may insurance yung loan ko.

Pero hanggang wala pang written na demand letter from the justice, puro heresays lang and oral, panu ba iyon?

ganto yan.. any loan or utang sa bank or private lending. once mag failed ang nangutang.. i foforward yan sa legal aid or sa collecting agent para sila ang mag abala mag padala sayu ng letter.

kahapon lng kumakain ako ng cheezzy mushroom burger sa jollibee, may naki share sa table q. matanda na pero may asim pa. nakita q ang bag nya may tatak ng bank. with my tantalizing eyes and smile? nag ask ako saying..

so nag ask ako about utang para naman may info diba? at ginawa kong sample ang sarili ko na kunwari may unpaid loan ako.. at may legal aid na nag papadala sakin letter and ang principal utang goes to huge amount dahil sa interest..

ganto yan hijo na pogi:) wag ka jan mag alala.. kung minsan masipag ang agent na i haras ka at mag padala letter sayo kasi may comission sila sa ganyan. kung mag babayad ka ng monthly. wlang mababawas sa principal utang mo kasi sa comision ng agent yun mapupunta. the very best thing is makipag usap ka sa bank. try to re-constract and terms of payment pero ipa freeze mo ang amount. in a very light term pwde ka maki usap sa bank na mag babayad directly s abank para i oull out nila sa collecting agent ang account at case mo. pero wag ka matakot pogi.. kasi wlang legal case na isasampa sau jan. only the collecting agent kasi may comision sila jan. makipag usap ka sa bank at makipag setle ka ng light term ng payment. pero wlang nakukulong sa ganyan unless. kya ganon ang gawin mo pogi:)

Thanks po, so here it goes. I have an existing auto loan in a bank, which at this point is already tagged as Repossessed by Collection, according to their customer service rep. This existing loan reflected in my pre-employment background investigation. Does this mean that the bank has already filed a case against me? The last time I heard from the bank's collection department last year was that my account is already under litigation, which I don't fully understand. Pls. enlighten me. Thank you.

but i found a related scenario..

"Your credit report is your credit history, so any account that is in your name will likely be included. The status of the original car loan will be updated to show that it is a repossession, is closed or transferred and has a zero balance, since any remaining balance is now owed to the new creditor or, more likely, collection agency. The original account will remain on your report for seven years from the original delinquency date of the debt.
The account entry for the new lender typically will show that it was purchased or transferred from another lender. It will show as an open account with an outstanding balance. The new account will also remain on file for seven years from the date the original account first became delinquent.
If the debt remains unpaid and the collection agency sells the account to another creditor, that account will be updated to show it is closed or transferred as well. The new account may then also appear on the report under the new creditor’s name.
By listing both the original account holder and the new debt owner(s), your credit report shows the complete history of the account from beginning to end, but only for seven years from the date the debt first became delinquent.

Gud day po, meron po sana akong gustong ikonsulta. Yung partner ko po ay nagabroad, last year (2014) po sya naka alis mga february kinailangan po namin magloan sa isang lending company for the placement fee. Ako po ang isa sa guarantor yung isa naman yung bayaw nya pareho po kaming regular sa trabaho. Yung loan po dapat nito pong march 2015 matatapos ngunit dahil sa mga unforseen circumstances di po namin sya natapos bayaran lumalabas meron pa kaming 5 1/2 months plus penalties of 7% per month as of may umabot po sya ng more than 77K tinawagan po kami ng legal nila regarding this matter at nakipagcoordinate naman po kami. Humingi po ulit kami ng palugit hanggang june 15 para makapagsimula uling magbayad at binigyan naman po kami ng computaion till june 15. Pero tumawag ulit kahapon ang legal at sinasabing kailangan before 29th of may makapagbigay kami or else sasampahan na kami ng kaso indisregard sa approval ng cashier till june 15 plano pa naman po sana namin bayaran ng buo yung balance. to avoid penalties. please advise.
