Hi Atty.,

This is my situation. Last December, nagloan po ako ng around 70k sa isang finance institution sa Cebu. Ang style po nila dito ay dapat mo i-surrender yung atm mo para every payday, kukunin nilla yung payment mo (in my case P3,500 per payday) tapos ibibigay yung remaining sa pay mo. Starting May of this year, di ko na po nabayaran yung utang ko. What I do is I transfer my pay to another atm account either online or thru tellephone, para hindi nila makuha. Nag-change din po ako ng number para di nila ako ma-harrass thru text or call.

As per my officemates na may account din dun, nagtext daw sa kanila yung finance institution na mag-pafile na daw sila ng kaso sa mga delinquent borrowers. Sa ngayon, plano ko po talagang magpunta dun at makipagsettle or magcommit na mag-start uli na magbayad by January. Kaso, takot po ako na baka po ipahiya nila ako sa ibang tawo...usually, maraming tawo po dun. Kaya po, tulungan nyo po akong gumawa ng letter stating my willingness to pay starting January 10, 2011. Ano po ba ang dapat format ng letter? Puede po bang i-state ko sa letter na magreply sila through letter din po?
