i am afraid to go to quality control of nbi kasi baka ikulong na ako.

good evening po noon pong year 2001 may mga post dated checks po ako e nawalan ako ng trabaho so hindi ko na po nabayaran at the same nagsara yong bangko kung saan may checking account ako. wala po akong natatanggap ng subpoena pero may natanggap ako na resolution na eh talagang wala po akong pera so hindi ko po nabayaran.last tuesday po oct 22 2010 kumuha ako ng nbi clearance pinabalik ako ng 26 pero hindi ko po nakuha kasi may kaso daw ako at sa quality control daw po ako magpunta hindi ako nagpunta doon kasi natatakot ako baka ikulong na ako.gusto ko pong mag abroad, makakapag abroad pa po ba ako kahit may kaso ako?makukuha ko po ba ang nbi ko ?ano po ba ang gagawin sa akin sa quality control gusto kong magpunta pero natatakot po talaga ako. please gusto ko lang pong maliwanagan.maraming salamat po.

in my opinion, you should go to the nbi, or send an authorized representative to get the clearance or the case details.

i find it unlikely that you will be arrested. they normally tell you where the case is pending and go there to get a clearance to show that you are not the same person.

it is very risky for them to make an arrest because they don't even have a copy of the arrest warrant if any, and they don't know if you are the correct person to be arrested. good luck.

may kaso akong bp 22 pwede pa rin akong magtrabaho dito sa pilipinas at sa ibang bansa?

if a case was filed, but you did not receive any notice, the remedy is to file a motion for reinvestigation within 5 days after you learn that a case was filed against you.

you can verify with the Bureau of Immigration whether there is an alert out for you.

i recommend you verify at the court where this is supposed to be pending. i believe you were given a document by the nbi with some case details. you can send your cousin again with an authorization letter.

it is probable that there is a warrant of arrest out for you.
