Hi, nagaway kame ng husband ko mula sa pagmumura hanggang sa tinutukan niya ako ng kutsilyo. Witness ang mama niya saka ang anak ko sa huli nameng pagaaway. Dalawang beses na ito nangyari at ayoko na sanang maulit pa. Kaya nakikipaghiwalay ako sa kanya kaso magpapakamatay daw siya pag iniwan ko siya.Ano kaya ang pwede kong gawin ukol dito? Kung sakali man na makikipaghiwalay ako sa kanya makukuha ko ba full custody sa anak ko? My daughter is 2 yrs old.

Punta ka sa barangay and seek TPO (Temporary protection order). Kung makipaghiwalay ka nasa sau ang custody ng bata kasi less than 7 yrs old pa yan.
