as i searched trough the web about identity theft this is the result..

Identity theft is defined when someone uses your personal information without your permission, to commit fraud or other crimes.

my question now is, what if our branch manager use my faCeboOk aCCount to post something to defEnd our coMpany against the critics but without my permission.. cAn i coNsidEr th!s as a cyber crime?
