Hi,
I would like to seek consult on how can I file a case against Identity Theft.
I was once a victim of an Identity theft with a certain mobile network company. I got cleared by defending myself to them. However, I didn't push my complaint because they granted my application.
Then, few weeks ago I received two (2) billings from another mobile network company which I NEVER applied for. I contacted the company and they instructed me to email them. I am still expecting for their response but to no avail.
With this, I believe that their background checking with the new applicants are not performed properly.
Please enlighten me on how/what should I do with this matter.
