Here are the details i have, please let me know what case shoul be filed.
1. Boy got married at the age of 34 and girl at the age of 23
2. The wedding happend last march 2007 while boy is in the states ( the one who attended the wedding was proxy)
3. Girl confirms that there is no marriage license ( boy is not sure if that is true.. still need to verify)
4. They do not have a child.
