help po.

Ano po ang legal remedies for me to recover the sum of money (150K) that I paid thru installment basis to an agent of a titled residential lot? Late ko na po nalaman na di sya authorized by the owner to sell. Nagamit na din po nya yung perang ibinigay ko sa kanya.

Criminal case po ba ito? This happened last 2005 pa po. Siya po ay isang registered broker, pwede po ba sya matanggalan ng license sa ginawa nya sa akin?

yes, that can be considered estafa by abuse of confidence. your first step is to send a demand letter stating all the circumstances and demand from him to return your money. if he proposes a payment schedule, note that if you accept it, your cause for estafa will disappear because the obligation is changed into a loan.

you can also file a complaint at PRC for revocation of license.

I already send her a demand letter but she refuses to sign it.
If I will file a case of estafa, saan ko po ito i-file? Can I file this case to the NBI kasi po lumayas na po sya.
