If somebody's signature was forged on a GIS to make it appear that she and 3 other persons were elected officers at a certain meeting, how do the parties go about running after the perpetrators when they do not have evidence. All they know is that there never was any meeting and if ever there was one,they did not attend the alledged meeting nor was there a quorum. .Our informer revealed the name of the person who forged the signature, that the person was compelled do it.
