Arresto Menor

I am pregnant.
My boyfriend does not want the baby, i don't want it as well because this is all unplanned.
Do I have any legal actions that I may take?
also, my bf suggested abortion but it's illegal in the philipphines. Is there any way that we could resolve this?

for ending relationship, nothing. for not providing support for the child, economic violence under ra 9262. if he is intentionally hurtful to you psychologically, psycho violence under ra 9262. same law if physically violent.

to prove that he is the father, try to get him to acknowledge that he is the father. an email or letter will be good evidence. even better if an affidavit. but if not, you will have to file a petition for filiation with the father.
