Hi atty.

Here's my situation po. I hve been working for a year now and ever since then i have been having trouble with my boss well not only me bit the whole team.because of his power trips. Before kame na regular sa company he always threatens us na hindi daw nya kame reregular ng mga kasama ko. Nung mag 6 months na kame and time for the evaluation he told us na extended daw probi period namen ng 3 months. Is there such thing as that?
2nd he always shouts at us even infront of other people in the area (we are medical reps by the way) pinapahiya nya kame which really affects our morale.
3rd he never allows us to go on leave.
4th he invades our personal phones and lives.
5th he always bother us on weekends requiring is to work and calls us in the middle of the night like 11pm or 12mn even without any courtesy which for us is disrespect. He always tells us that we have no choice bit to do whatever he wants because he is our boss where we feel like slaves.
He makes fun of us as well, pinagtritripan po ganun. We have not had the guts na sumbong pa sya sa office. I would like to seek your help regarding this before we make any move. His attitude towards us is causing us emotional and mental stress, which is very unhealthy na. To the point na naapektuhan na ang pagtulog at trabaho.. quality of life is already affected, we are already demotivated. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

1. Proby extension is legal if management shows proof and documentation of your failed evaluation.

3. You have leaves earned, you may use them subject to certain conditions and schedules.

2-4-5. You should have filed a complaint at the start so it wouldn't escalate anymore. Get statements (written) from all affected and file them with your HR Department and send copies to the higher management team.
