magandang araw po. married po ako pero hindi nagtagal ang aming pagsasama. gusto ko po mag-invest ng property pero hindi ako komportable since kasal po ako at lagi requirement ang marriage certificate.

paano po ang paraan upang hindi magkaroon ng habol ang pinakasalan ko sa properties na ma-a-acquire ko.

granting po na-grant ang annulment at pakasalan ni x ang kinakasama nya. paano po ang partisyon ng anak namin sa property na nainvest within our marriage. at sa mga possible investment nya in the coming time?

samantala, hanggang kelan po ang ama dapat magbigay ng child support? 12yrs old na po ang anak namin. since naghiwalay kami 8 yrs ago very seldom kung magbigay sya ng financial support sa bata.
