Good day Atty.! May i ask for some enlightenment for my several questions. I am married but my husband and i got separated for more than 1 year due to his drug addiction and being iresponsible and we have a 5 year old daughter. I have met a man who was also married but separated not yet legally and i got pregnant. My concern is my exhusband has been threatening me that he will kill me and my boyfriend since he wanted us to get back. He also told me that if i wont broke up with my boyfriend he will get my daughter from me. My questions are:
1.) Can he get the custody of my daughter once he knows that i am pregnant?
2.) Can i complain his text threats for us?
3.) Can i still file an annullment after i gave birth with my child?
